Start early to book your pet’s travel and arrange any required vet visits, health certificates, and travel crate preparation.
Make an appointment with your vet to ensure your pet is fit to travel. Confirm their vaccinations are up to date, if fit to travel certificates are required and ask about any travel concerns—especially if your pet is prone to travel anxiety.
Help your pet feel comfortable by introducing them to a crate well before departure. If providing your own crate for air travel, please choose a crate that’s the right size, well-ventilated, and comfortable. We are more than happy to help with this.
Keep your pet hydrated, comfortable, and relaxed. Do not feed your pet less than 8 hours prior to travel and ensure they have been walked and toileted prior to pick up. For road travel we ask that any food or belongings provided are to be clearly labelled.

Upon booking we will ask for your pets age, weight & breed to help determine what sized crate is appropriate for travel. We supply crates for use (whether that be brand new or for hire) but if you wish to supply your own crate, please get in touch so we can assess the suitability of the crate and make sure it abides by IATA guidelines.

Wow, how do you put into words how amazing Animal Kingdom Pet Transport is. To be able to trust someone to pick up your new family member (that you haven’t even met) and drive them for hours and know they are looked after. You receive updates, photos and messages along the way.
Jacinta is really caring and looks after the puppies so well. She also keeps in contact with you during the puppies travels. Highly recommend her.
