For road transport, the sender receives a time and location before collection day. For flights, the sender checks in at the airport per the booking email, and airport staff safely board the pet.
Our driver provides regular updates including the ETA. For flights, pets can be collected shortly after landing. Finally, don’t forget to leave us a review!
